Outdoor wedding receptions at venues without adequate permanent restrooms — where presentation standards extend to every facility.
Corporate outdoor events where presentation standards extend to every facility, including restrooms.
Construction projects missing compliant sanitation for an active crew — meeting OSHA requirements from day one.
Festivals or multi-day events where the unit count calculation was never run — we fix that with a single planning call.
Plumbing renovations in commercial buildings requiring temporary restroom solutions while existing facilities are offline.
Emergency sanitation needs following a facility failure or storm damage — fast dispatch, no-hassle deployment.
Private parties growing beyond what home restrooms can reasonably handle — scaled to your actual guest count.
Johnson's matches unit type and count to the actual use case — not a standard package applied regardless of context. From affordable standard units to luxury restroom trailers, we cover the full range.
Affordable portable sanitation doesn't mean compromising on cleanliness or reliability. Johnson's standard units in Stevens Point, WI arrive clean, are priced transparently, and include servicing for multi-day rentals. Affordable doesn't mean second-tier.
Mobile restroom trailers bring full restroom functionality to locations that don't have it. Johnson's restroom trailers include flushing toilets, running water, climate-controlled interiors, interior lighting, and finishes that create a full restroom experience. They're kept in event-ready condition year-round.
Private parties need sanitation that fits the scale and setting of the event — not a generic one-unit solution. Johnson's helps party hosts calculate unit count based on actual guest numbers and event duration — so lines don't form and guests aren't frustrated.
Outdoor events in Stevens Point, WI require sanitation planning that matches the scale of the attendance, not just the permit. Johnson's event sanitation planning accounts for attendance peaks, not just average headcount — so capacity holds up during the busiest periods of the day.
Construction site sanitation is both a legal requirement and a practical one. Treating it as an afterthought creates problems on both fronts. Johnson's construction rentals include crew-calibrated unit counts, scheduled service visits, and billing aligned with project phases rather than arbitrary calendar cycles.

Five things that change how you plan your rental — and prevent every common sanitation mistake in Stevens Point.
Most people renting porta potties for a private event for the first time assume one unit handles up to some vague number of guests. The truth is more specific — and more useful.
The correct baseline is one standard unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event without alcohol. That's a real number, not a rough approximation, and it works well for moderate-duration events with average guest behavior.
First: alcohol service. Once guests are drinking, restroom frequency roughly doubles. A party of 75 with open bar for five hours needs three units, not one. Underestimating this specific variable is the most common reason private parties in Stevens Point, WI run into sanitation problems mid-event.
Second: duration. Events running longer than four hours accumulate load. The formula scales: add approximately one unit per 75 guests for every additional two hours beyond the four-hour baseline.
For backyard parties and residential events in Stevens Point, placement matters more than most hosts initially consider. Units placed too close to the party area create odor issues in warm weather. Units placed too far become inconvenient and underused. The practical sweet spot is within 100–150 feet of the main event space with a clear path that isn't through the primary gathering area.
Johnson's walks through all of this with customers before the order is placed. A brief planning conversation before booking prevents every one of these problems.
